Every meal event has an ordering cutoff set by the coach. Before the cutoff, you can change or cancel your selection yourself from inside the app — that is the quickest path and it updates the vendor headcount automatically.

After the cutoff, the order has already gone to the vendor and the headcount is locked. Email us and we will do what we can, but changes at that point depend on the vendor.

To request a refund, use the refund option inside the app so it processes against the original order. If you cannot get to it, email us with the game date and we will handle it.

Please contact us before starting a chargeback with your bank. Nearly everything is resolved faster directly, and a bank dispute freezes the order while it runs.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. HuddleEats never sees or stores your full card number.

Dietary flags on an athlete can only be set by that athlete’s parent or guardian — not by a coach and not by us. If a flag looks wrong, the guardian on the account needs to update it in the app.

The vendor prepares the food and is responsible for its ingredients and allergen accuracy. For a severe allergy, confirm directly with the vendor for that event rather than relying on a flag alone.

Trouble signing in, or need to change the email on your account? Email us from the address currently on the account if you can — it lets us verify you far faster.

Athletes do not have accounts and never sign in. Athlete records are created and managed by an adult.
